About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Developer to join our growing team. This is a critical role responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding ASC Digital's market presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, and a proven ability to articulate the value of complex digital solutions to diverse corporate stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Proficient in the use of tools like Apollo, Hubspot or Odoo and cold emailing and calling
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their strategic needs and challenges related to digital transformation, CRM, and project management.
- Conduct initial needs assessments and discovery calls to align client pain points with ASC Digital's service offerings.
- Collaborate closely with our Solutions Architects and the Project lead to craft compelling proposals and deliver engaging presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain an active pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record (3+ years) in B2B business development or solution sales, preferably within the digital consulting, SaaS, or technology services sector.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce/Hubspot experience highly preferred) and digital transformation concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage confidently at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to articulate complex technical solutions into clear business benefits.
- Experience with lead generation tools and CRM platforms.
- Excellent english skills and optional french language skills
